Resilience

Each half of term at St Mary’s we have a different focus on an aspect of Resilience. St Mary’s believes in the whole child flourishing, in many ways gaining skills for life.

In the first half of the Autumn Term of 2021, we are focusing on how we can blossom - one of the self-care elements of resilience:

Parent Resource to support pupils This resource has excellent graphics and very specific ideas and resources to support all emotions. This is useful for parents to reflect on what they can do to help their children process and manage the huge range of emotions we have as humans.
