Hearing Voices in Our Community – Parental Feedback

At St Mary's, we are always reviewing the impact of our work and, through surveys, we can capture the views of our stakeholders. Obviously, our pupils are our main priority and across the weeks, terms and year we review with the children how they feel about their learning; we review what helps them learn and if there are any aspects of their school day they need help with. We do this through pupil-conferencing, group discussion and our pupil voice groups. However, at the end of the year, we like to try and capture the pupil's, parents' and staff voices through an anonymous online survey. The staff survey is shared with the Governing Body as well as the team.
