I am very pleased that you are considering our school for your child. It is such an important and sometimes difficult decision to make. The one thing I would advise, as the headteacher, is to ensure you get as much information as possible about the school's ethos and vision to help guide you through this process. Every school is unique, just like every individual child and we can help you understand what makes our school special.

Usually, parents like to contact the school office and arrange a tour of the school. I really enjoy this part of my job as I get to show members of the community all the amazing learning activities we provide on a day-to-day basis. Mrs Newbury, our Administration Officer, will find a mutually convenient time in my diary or leave a message for me to contact you directly. At this point, we can explore any questions you might have and I can give you our brochure and the most recent admissions paperwork.

Every situation is different and sometimes parents would like thinking time and another visit with another family member at a later date, some would like to show their child the school to assess how they feel, some would like to arrange a taster day- what matters is that you gain all the information you need and feel comfortable about the way forward.
