Each half of term at St Mary’s we have a different focus on an aspect of mental health and well-being . St Mary’s believes in the whole child flourishing, in many ways gaining skills for life.

N Balance - Breathing & The Brain

When the Tension Goes- Parent Resource to support pupils This resource has excellent graphics and very specific ideas and resources to support all emotions. This is useful for parents to reflect on what they can do to help their children process and manage the huge range of emotions we have as humans.

Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Parent and Carers home page with Common Problems section e.g. anxiety, low mood, eating dificulties and a Life Issues section e.g Bullying, Loss. This is full of support.

Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Podcasts and Videos An excellent suite of resources that range from 59 seconds to 58mins to help to support children and adults with so many topics e.g sleeping, ADHD, Gaming. Amazing!!!
