Welcome
Welcome to St Mary's Bentworth Church of England Primary School
St Mary's Bentworth is a Church of England Voluntary Aided school, nestled in a small rural Hampshire village. We pride ourselves in providing an engaging, secure and happy learning environment with caring Christian principles embedded in school life. Our three values are Love, Respect, and Belong and we work hard to ensure these are 'lived' values.
We serve a catchment area covering 5 local villages (Beech, Bentworth, Herriard, Lasham and Shalden) and also have children attending from the wider local area.
We have 103 pupils aged from 4 to 11 years old, spread across 4 classes. We have a friendly and professional staff who are supported very well by the Governors. The PTA work tirelessly to support the school in many different ways from organising Christmas fairs to paying for whole school event days.
If you would like information about our school, or would like to visit us, please contact our Headteacher, Mrs Jo Ayres. We look forward to welcoming you to our school.
'You are passionate about the children being at the heart of everything you do.'
